This Challenge is for anyone with an understanding of basic movements in fitness and has no serious injuries.

6-week Shred & Tone has been designed by me specifically with the focus on accelerated results and conditioning your body and muscles to be able to handle a lot more once the challenge is over. It is filled with a variety of different exercises and with the way it has been structured you will definitely feel you are working for your goals.

The challenge has 3 different levels and it is a split of Back and shoulders, Legs and arms and Full body blast.

You will be training between 4-6/week. If you miss a workout or life gets in the way it is not the end of the world, the app has an option where you can choose the workouts yourself as per the planner so you can always jump back on track.

You also get nutritional advice on what I think you should do while you are doing the challenge.
